The Early Intervention Monitoring Project is a program of Suburban Access, Inc. funded through a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Bureau of Early Intervention.
The purpose of the Early Intervention Monitoring Program (EITAM), provided by Suburban Access, Inc. is to:
- Ensure that state and federal regulations regarding the delivery of Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers under the age of three are met. These areas include the provision of direct services, billing and documentation.
- Monitoring service delivery and compliance of statewide Child and Family Connections (CFC) offices and credentialed/enrolled service providers.
- Assist families, CFC offices and Early Intervention service providers to address issues and resolve conflicts prior to initiation of the formal complaint process through DHS directly.
- Safeguard the rights of families to receive appropriate services and supports.
